The Kennedy PTO provides a 501(c)(3) tax exempt legal framework to support or enable many of the enrichment programs at Kennedy Middle School. In 2022/23, the PTO facilitated more than $100,000 to support the Kennedy Family Center, academics, electives programs, student activities and staff appreciation events:
The Kennedy Family Center
$6,000 funded our on-campus Family Center, which offers a wide range of programs to support members of our school community. Open and available to all students and providing services such as health and wellness resources, academic support, parent education, housing assistance, food distribution, crisis intervention and emotional counseling, the Family Center ensures that all students have convenient access to any support services they may need .
